Regarding Chirstmas Orders Only

All year round we strive to ensure parcels reach customers quickly and efficiently.

And Every December we work very hard to ensure all of the parcels we dispatch arrive well before Christmas Day.

To minimise the impact of bad weather and courier performance, we employ a number of different couriers. So if one is unable to meeting our high delivery standards another service is always available. We pick the best!

We dispatch parcels as promptly as possible, often on the same day that we receive the customer's order, right up to one business day before New Year's Eve!

Our parcels are commonly delivered to our customers less than 24 hours after they are ordered, and although we cannot guarantee this performance, we have a very high success rate on parcel delivery.

We had no reports of late deliveries after Christmas 2010.
